Q.
What do I do if I’m not happy with the product?
A. If you are within the guarantee period – just return the unused
portion with your name and shipping address and we will send you a refund
less S&H.
Q. What do I do if
I received the wrong product?
A. Just return the merchandise back to us and we will send you the correct
product.
Q. How do you ship?
A. United States Postal Service and Airborne Express.
Q. How long will
it take for me to receive my order?
A. You should receive your product in approximately 2 weeks from the
time we receive your order.
Q.
What do I do if my order hasn’t arrived and is overdue?
A. Contact us so that we may verify your address to see if it is correct.
If not, we will correct it and send a replacement.
Q. How do I cancel
an order?
A. Contact us and we will cancel your order if it hasn’t already
been shipped. If it was already shipped, just refuse it and send us
a note, advising what has happened.
Q.
I don’t
have a Credit Card. How can I get the product?
A. On the Internet and over the phone – we can only accept an
order with either a credit or debit card. Otherwise, you would have
to mail
in a check, money-order or cash and we will ship you the product.
Our privacy policy
and security statement
The purpose of this
statement is to inform our customers and visitors regarding the the
customer information we gather and what we do with it. This statement
is provided in compliance with the WC3's (World Wide Web Consortium)
currently recommended privacy protocols as of January 1, 2005. This
statement also describes the transaction security of our shopping cart.
Credit Card Security: Card transactions on valorenterprises.com
meet and exceed the requirements set forth by the major credit card companies
and issuing banks. Our shopping cart uses state-of-the-art data encryption
to securely transmit your credit card information to YourPay™.com
(our transaction approval gateway) for approval. At no time is your unencrypted
credit card number ever stored on our host server or network.
Recent
media reports surrounding ecommerce security vulnerabilities specifically
involve MS IIS (Microsoft Internet Information Server). The vulnerabilities
allow hackers
to gain access to host-servers (where web pages are stored and served
from) in order to steal credit card information, passwords and other
confidential information. Valorenterprises.com does not use MS IIS host
server technology. Our web site uses Apache (server software) running
on Linux (host-server operating system). Thus, Valorenterprises.com is
not vulnerable to these or other similar modes of attack that plague
Microsoft host server technologies.
Identifying
Personal Information: We gather contact information required
to fill online orders. From time to time, we may offer you the opportunity
to complete a customer survey telling us about your product interests
and shopping preferences. We promise not to share any information
you provide with any third-party.
Non-Identifying Information: We also keep certain kinds of statistics
about visits to our site -- where the visitors came from, what they did
and viewed during their visit, what kinds of computers and browsers they
use, along with which search engines may have directed them to our site.
However, we do not (and cannot) collect any personally identifying information
(names, addresses, email addresses, etc.) in this way.
Cookies: Without accepting a "session" cookie,
there is no way to order from us online. The session cookie is installed
on your computer when you first drop an item into a cart. This cookie
also allows you to postpone completion of your order for up to 1 hour
in the event you are interrupted. This cookie is then de-activated when
you have completed your order and checked-out.
Currently we do not use
cookies to monitor your buying habits within our site but may do so
in the future simply to enhance the functionality of our shopping cart.
We do not allow the use of third-party cookies to monitor your buying
habits outside of valaorenterprises.com.
Email Privacy: We maintain a strict privacy policy
for all customer information. If you have requested to be updated on
new products or special offers, we promise not to share your email address
with any third party.
Credit
Card Transaction Dispute Resolution: Customer disputes are quickly
and professionally handled by our customer service division. We value
the reputation for good customer relations that we have developed
over the past 25 years serving discerning mail-order customers world
wide.
